Recording and surveying the property

When we take on a property, we remeasure the entire property so that you can be sure that the stated square footage corresponds to reality. This means that when you purchase a property from us, you receive a new floor plan with verified data—something that is rare, especially for older properties.

Step 3

Virtual Home Staging

Older properties in need of renovation offer great potential. We'll show you how a property can be transformed into a gem with just a bucket of fresh paint and some simple DIY work.

Step 4

Online brochure

As a buyer, you can find verified properties that are worth investing in. Pictures, videos, and virtual tours give you a meaningful insight into the property and the neighborhood. All relevant data and figures are of course also provided.

Step 5

Personal consultation & viewing

After you have viewed your dream property, we will be happy to advise you on all further questions and challenges that the purchase entails. Issues such as taxes, care, and maintenance are only a small part of the tasks that actually need to be considered.

Step 6

Financing

Your personal financial expert is available around the clock to help you secure the best financing and communicate with the bank on your behalf. Our finance team can also help you finance your own home, renovations, and more. Just mention it during your personal consultation.

Step 7

Purchase agreement & notary appointment

Now the purchase agreement is drawn up and the notary appointment is arranged. We will of course help you to ensure that nothing is overlooked. If you need help finding a notary in your area or would like us to attend the notary appointment for you, that's no problem at all. We will make sure that everything goes smoothly for you.
